Hi, I’m Diona—and I’m really glad you’re here.
If you’re planning a VBAC, there’s a good chance you’re holding a mix of hope, caution, excitement, and maybe even a little fear. You want to trust your body again, but you also want to feel truly supported—not managed, rushed, or dismissed. That’s exactly why I do this work.
I’m a registered prenatal and postnatal yoga instructor, wife, and mom of two, living near the St. Louis area. I’ve spent over 15 years as a dedicated yogi and more than 5 years supporting pregnant and postpartum moms—and my heart is especially with those preparing for a VBAC.
My work is rooted in the belief that your body didn’t fail you—it was interrupted. Through intentional movement, breathwork, nervous-system support, and evidence-based education, I help moms reconnect with their bodies, rebuild trust, and prepare not just physically, but mentally and emotionally for birth. This isn’t about pushing your body or “doing more.” It’s about learning how to work with it again.
I create space for informed choice, self-advocacy, and confidence—so you can walk into birth feeling grounded, supported, and empowered in your decisions, whatever your journey looks like.
When I’m not teaching or on my mat, you’ll find me outside with my family, wandering farmers markets and local festivals, or curled up with a good book—recharging so I can show up fully for the moms I support.
If you’re looking for guidance that honors your past, supports your goals, and reminds you of how capable your body truly is, you’re in the right place. I’d be honored to be part of your VBAC support team.
